1. General Information
By booking or attending a session with Iasis Holistic Therapies, you agree to these terms.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Appointments
- Appointments are by booking only
- Please arrive on time
- Late arrival may reduce treatment time
3. Cancellations
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice or rescheduling
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full treatment fee.
- In genuine or exceptional circumstances, this may be reviewed at my discretion.
4. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are listed on the website and may be updated in future
5. Health information
- Please inform us of any relevant health conditions before your session
- If unsure, consult your GP before booking
6. Disclaimer
Reflexology is a complementary therapy intended to promote relaxation and wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
